To prepare myself to assist individuals experiencing mental health challenges such as anxiety and depression, I completed training at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and obtained my Mental Health First Aid certificate.
Peer Companion, Counselling and Wellness Center, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Hong Kong, 2021 - Now.
I served as a peer companion with Counselling and Wellness center in Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. To promote mental wellness and provide a supportive environment to fellow students, we organized several activities, one-on-one conversation with students at JUSTalk cafe, story telling sessions, and Zentangle art sessions.

In my free time, I enjoy staying active and creative. My favorite pastimes include:

Reading Books: biographies of scientists, psychology and self-awareness books, and a variety of novels.
Swimming: An activity that helps me stay fit and focused, providing a relaxing break from my academic work.
Hiking and Photography: Exploring new trails and capturing the moments through my camera. You can follow my explorations through my public Instagram profile.
